Making pierogies isn’t just for babcias in babushkas. Keep the tradition alive by joining the Young Professionals of Parma for a pierogi-making workshop at Rudy’s Studel and Bakery May 18. You can stay around afterwards to eat your creations while enjoying pints from Goldhorn Brewery.
The workshop starts at 6 p.m. Learn the art of pierogi making and enjoy food and pints afterward. If you’d rather eat and drink without the hard work, join us at 7 p.m. Registration is required whether you’re attending the workshop, the food and drink portion, or both. We can only accommodate the first 25 people for the workshop, so register soon using the Eventbrite link!
Rudy’s has been serving the Cleveland community for 65 years. You may have tried their treats at places like Market Garden, Platform Brewery, Brick and Barrel and Mitchell’s Ice Cream. Attend the workshop to learn from the best, making three pierogi flavors. Rudy’s will cook additional pierogies to eat after the class and serve them up with hot butter and sour cream. Goldhorn will serve its Polka City Pilsner and Dead Man’s Curve IPA. Pop and water will also be served.
Plus while you’re there, get a behind-the-scenes look at the site of Rudy’s future coffee shop and bistro which will feature a patio, classroom, and Cleveland’s Pheonix coffee!
