Parma Heights – It’s official. Two students have been selected as winners in the City’s Arbor Day Poster Contest especially for students in grades 3-5. Theme of the poster contest was “Why is a Tree Important to Me?”
Both winners are students at Incarnate Word Academy in Parma Heights. Cooper Hughes is in Grade 4, while Neeharika Suvvari is in Grade 5. Hughes is a student of teacher Robert Reszler, while Suvvari is a pupil of Theresa Hovanec-Davey. There were no submissions in the contest by students in Grade 3.
