We’re having a rock painting party on Wednesday July 19, 6 – 8 p.m. at The Little Birdie Wine Nest!
If you’re out and about in northeast Ohio and happen to notice a brightly-painted rock, don’t be too surprised. Thanks to a facebook group and the efforts of tens of thousands of Clevelanders, the city is involved in a giant treasure hunt that is spreading messages of positivity and kindness all over northeast Ohio.
Since our mission is to spread positivity and pride for our community, we couldn’t think of a better way to spread positive Parma vibes than by painting some rocks ourselves. We’re teaming up with The Little Birdie Wine Nest to paint rocks that promote community pride (think flamingos, pierogies, paczki) as well as a few “wild card” designs of your choice.
The event is $16 per person and includes three wines and four rocks and will be led by Parma YPs Amber Kruczek and Megan Malachowski who are both rock painting aficionados. Rocks and supplies with be provided. After the event, attendees can hide their rocks in Parma and all over Greater Cleveland to help spread pride for our community.
